Why builders keep us on

A painter who protects your reputation at handover.

01

Works to your programme

Phase 1 and Phase 2 planned around plastering, joinery and handover dates, with early warning if anything on site will hold us up.

02

Room-by-room sign-off

A checklist for every room in every house, so you always see what is done, what is next and what is snagged.

03

Clean, protected sites

Dust-controlled sanding and full masking of windows, floors and fittings, so other trades' work stays untouched.

04

One person accountable

Jucelino prices, plans and inspects every project himself. One number to call, from walk-through to final snag.

Our system

Three phases.
One standard. Every house.

The same defined process on a single one-off home or a full development, so the tenth house finishes like the first.

Phase 1

Prep and spray

Plaster inspection, machine sanding and filling, masking, a full primer coat, then spray-applied finish coats to walls and ceilings.

Phase 2

Final painting, woodwork & wallpaper

After second fix: colour coats, skirting, architraves, doors and staircases, plus feature walls and wallpaper, with sharp lines throughout.

Phase 3

Final snagging

Every room walked against its checklist, snags closed before handover, and each house signed off with your site manager.

See us on site

Twenty seconds on a live site says more than a brochure.

Every project starts the same way: a proper assessment of the plaster, the surfaces and what each house actually needs.

Finished work

From coastal one-off homes to community halls.

Panelling, staircases, high ceilings, feature colour and wallpaper, with floors and fittings protected until the last coat is dry.
